About the Name
The name Morning Coffee Counseling was inspired by my wife. My wife suffers from debilitating migraines. One way she fights migraines every day is by drinking coffee. The caffeine alongside medication helps stop migraines from happening in the first place. It is imperative that she gets her morning coffee every day as soon as possible. Her mental health starts as soon as she wakes up every morning. My wife is not the only person who takes their morning coffee very seriously. Millions of people will have a bad day if not for their morning coffee. Starting your day with morning coffee helps set your mood and often helps end your daily mental health routine.
I want to encourage every individual to take their mental health as seriously as their morning coffee. Watching my wife wake up early every morning to make her morning coffee taught me something very important. She, like many other people, stops thinking about their mental health after they finish their coffee. I often relate mental health to physical health. It is a lifestyle in which you cannot have good physical health unless you think about it more than once a day.
